You'd definitely need to cut the molasses and probably cut the honey by half to keep the dough from being too loose, and maybe add an extra egg to set it during cooking. You could also try freezing the balls for a couple hours after making the dough so that they wouldn't spread across the baking sheet too much before the egg sets. hmm.. I might have to play around with this now!
